The Gerries were in a “Love it or List it” dilemma.

After visiting their home, I understood their conundrum, and took a lot of time to understand what their needs and wants were in how their family wanted to live.

I targeted listings that were opportune for them and prequalified and inspected each, reducing the number to about a dozen properties to view.

I set up a rather whirlwind tour by neighbourhood, putting 83 Chaplin last for good reason: I knew it suited their needs and wants.

Two days later it was theirs!
